1. Who we are

Fearless Faces is a trading name operating in the West Midlands. To contact us about your data, email the address on your booking confirmation.

2. What we collect

Contact details, application information, consent records, booking and attendance records, and images taken at our events. When you give consent we also record the wording you agreed to, the time, and the IP address the request came from.

3. Why we collect it

• Bookings and sessions — contract
• Marketing emails and SMS — consent
• Images in advertising — consent
• Safeguarding and 18+ ID checks — legal obligation / legitimate interest
• Accounts and tax records — legal obligation

4. Who we share it with

Our payment processor, email platform and booking system. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing.

5. How long we keep it

• Unconfirmed leads — 90 days, then deleted
• Dormant contacts — 24 months from last activity, then reviewed
• Active contacts — while active plus 24 months
• Booking and payment records — 6 years (HMRC)
• Consent records — duration of consent plus 3 years
• Age verification records — duration of relationship plus 3 years
• ID document images — never stored; the check is recorded, the file deleted

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, object to, and withdraw consent for your data. Withdrawal is as easy as giving it — reply STOP, click unsubscribe, or email us.

A note on photographer images

Photographers attending our events retain rights to their own images under separate terms shown at booking. We cannot recall material already shared by a third-party photographer; we are honest about this up front.
